Refund Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026. Review this starter copy with your own legal advisor before launch.

We want ReviewFlow to fit your store. If it does not, you can ask for a refund under the terms below.

30-day refund window

Request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase and we will return the amount paid to the payment method used. Tell us what did not work for you — it is not a condition of the refund, but it helps us improve the product.

Before you request a refund

Most problems are configuration or hosting issues we can solve quickly. Open a support request first and give us a chance to help; if we cannot resolve it, the refund still stands within the 30-day window.

What is not refundable

  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
  • Renewal payments, once the new licence term has begun. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the charge.
  • Purchases made to gain access to a single feature that is documented as unavailable, unsupported, or planned.
  • Repeat purchases after a previous refund of the same product.

Renewals and cancellation

Licences renew automatically so updates and support continue uninterrupted. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account; the plugin keeps working until the end of the paid term.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, the licence key is deactivated and access to updates and support ends. You are asked to remove the plugin from your sites. Refunds are normally processed within five business days and may take a further few days to appear on your statement.

How to request one

Send us the email address and order number used at purchase through the contact form, and we will confirm the refund by email.
