Does this replace WooCommerce reviews?
No. It enhances the standard WooCommerce product-review system. Reviews continue to use WordPress comments and the familiar WooCommerce moderation workflow.
Do customers need an app to record video?
No. On supported browsers, customers can grant camera and microphone access and record directly from the product page. They can upload an existing video when browser recording is unavailable.
Which video formats are supported?
Customers can upload MP4, WebM, and MKV files. Browser recordings use the video format supported by the customer’s browser, with a configurable maximum length from 1 to 10 minutes.
Can video and photo uploads be optional?
Yes. Webcam recording, video uploads, and photo uploads can be enabled independently. Video recording or video-file upload can also be required before a review is submitted.
How are verified customers identified?
The verified-customer badge uses WooCommerce’s verified-owner check for the review and associated purchase, so it appears only for confirmed owners.
How do automated review reminders work?
Create one or more rules with their own order-status trigger, delay, subject, and message. Each rule sends at most once per order, and customers can unsubscribe from future requests.
Can I display reviews on another page?
Yes. Open ReviQuo → Review Shortcode, create a named display, and place its generated shortcode—such as [reviquo id="123"]—in any shortcode-compatible page, post, or builder.
